As a Design Phase Manager, Kellen is involved in project budgeting, estimating, value engineering, design-build coordination, bid reviews, estimate hand-off, pre-construction coordination, subcontractor buyout, and process improvement. He has eight years of experience in the field in residential construction, and eight years of project management and estimating for commercial construction projects in various sectors. Kellen holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from North Dakota State University. His diverse background is what enables him to make sure a project is planned and executed from beginning to end, giving the owners the desired results, and assisting project managers in operating a successful project.
