Neal has held a variety of leadership roles at R. D. Offutt Company over the last 20 years and is an expert in real estate. He also serves his local Fargo-Moorhead community in various board positions, including on the FM Area Home Builders Association and TNT Kids Fitness & Gymnastics Association. Neal graduated from Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance.
