Hersch oversees staffing and operations at BC Contracting. Between his time in the office and his role as managing partner for RHR Construction⁠, a company he established alongside Jerry Radermacher, he works in the areas of business development, financial planning and estimating. Hersch graduated from North Dakota State College of Science with an associate's degree in accounting.
